The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to negotiate a sole- source letter contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a) with Lockheed Martin Corporation, 7700 Technology Drive, Melbourne, FL 32904 for approximately one year of 71M Low Altitude Surveillance System (LASS) radar and ground station spare and repair parts and a radar hot mock-up in support of a foreign military sales requirement for the Government of Kuwait. The contract will include contract installation of the radar hot mock-up in Kuwait. Transportation of all items to the State of Kuwait will be the responsibility of the Government of Kuwait.
