The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to negotiate a sole- source letter contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a) with TCOM L. P., 7115 Thomas Edison Drive, Columbia, MD, 21046-2333 for approximately one year of spare and repair parts for Low Altitude Surveillance System (LASS) aerostat, fiber optic tether, mooring system, site support vehicles, weather radar, site facilities, and LASS operations center in support of foreign military sales requirement for the Government of Kuwait. Transportation of all items to the State of Kuwait will be the responsibility of the Government of Kuwait. TCOM owns the design drawings and technical data for the 71M LASS aerostat, fiber optic tether, mooring system, site support vehicles, weather radar, site facilities, or LASS operations center.
