C -- A/E - REPLACE AHU SYSTEMS 2 & 4 SOL 558-38-97 DUE 110196 POC Helen B. Warren A/E service needed to provide working drawings, specifications and cost estimate at the 50% and 100% design stage for Replace AHU Systems 2 and 4 in Building #1. All work to be performed for this project must meet all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA); Nation Electric Code (NEC); Underwriters Laboratory,Inc. (UL); Federal, State and Local regulations and codes; and JCAHO standards and guidelines. Design to be accomplished using AutoCad Release 13 or compatible format. Design and cost estimates to be in compliance with ''Book 2, A/E Submission for Conceptual Drawings, Preliminary Drawings, Working Drawings and Cost Estimates to the VA'' (green booklet). Preliminary design drawings are not available for this project. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested firms are required to submit their 254 and 255 no later than C.O.B. (4:30pm) 11/1/96. Area of consideration is within a 75 mile radius of the medical center. (0283)
