Phila. intends to solicit, on an unrestricted basis,, Emergency Room/Primary Care Clinic services at the Naval Hospital Charleston, SC. The services shall encompass the establishment, operation of, and management of a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year Level II Emergency Room and a Primary Care Clinic (PCC) - PCC clinic hours shall be from 0800 to 2200 Mon. through Fri., 0900 to 1700 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. Services shall include all clinical as well as administrative support necessary to manage the patient flow of eligible beneficiaries. Services shall consist of a base year covering services from 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998, with four, one year options. A firm fixed price contract with award provisions will be solicited. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The SIC Code is 8011, the size standard $5M.
