The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Division (NRaD) intends to negotiate on an unrestrictive full and open competitive basis a time and material type contract for Clinical Veterinary Care Program Services. The scope of this effort is to provide personnel who have clinical expertise in basic and advance marine veterinary medicine. Services include daily on-site clinical care, preventive medicine, necropsy and emergency (on-call) veterinary care. The Government anticipates a five (5) year contract (one year base plus four option years) with 4,200 hours of estimated effort per year. The services will be performed for the Bioservices Division, Code 35, at NRaD. All Contractor personnel under this proposed contract shall have a secret clearance. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
