Phila. intends to solicit, on an unrestricted basis,, Emergency Room/Medical Acute Clinic services at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. The services shall encompass the establishment, operation of, and management of a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year Level I Emergency Room and the provison of Medical Acute Care Clinic services. Services shall include clinical as well as administrative support. Services shall consist of a base year covering services from 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998, with four, one year options.
