Ross Aviation, Inc. a Prime Contractor for Aviation Services to the U.S. Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a power-by-the-hour and aging aircraft maintenance contract for two (2) DC-9/15-F McDonnell Douglas aircraft and an option for a third aircraft (same make/model). Aircraft are maintained in accordance with provisions of Federal Aviation Regulation Part 121. Firms desiring to submit proposals should request RFP P-96-017 within ten days from publication of this announcement. RFPs will be issued on approximate date of October 24, 1996 and proposals will be due November 25, 1996. This is not an RFP. (282)
