The ACC Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB VA wishes to survey the market and develop a list of potential sources who are capable of providing optical document imaging software for the Air Force Standard Base Supply System's (SBSS) Automated Document Control (ADC) project. The offeror must be able to modify their software within 30 days of award to meet the following minimum requirements: be compatible with the Air Force Automated Document Control Interface (ADCI) program; be able to work in a Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups and Windows 95 environment; be compatible with Novell and Windows NT servers; be able to export data in required SBSS format; be able to compare stored images against images produced from the SBSS and produce reports analyzing the comparison; give users multiple research capabilities (e.g. by document number, National Identification Index Number (NIIN), transaction number and date filed); be able to read and display existing records from current format; have appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access and deletion of other users' records; and, be compatible with approved existing and newly purchased hardware. Potential offerors should submit their qualification in writing to ACC CONS/LGCT no later than 15 days after publication of this notice. Potential offerors shall also provide their business size: large, small, small woman-owned, small disadvantaged or 8(a) firm. Depending on the response to this notice, a set-aside may be considered.
