Ward, (801) 524-5248, Contracting Officer The work is located at Ridgway Dam, near Ridgway, Colorado, on State Highway 550, in Ouray County, and located 18 miles south of Montrose, Colorado. The work consists of: Extend bypass pipe of Ridgway Dam. Details of the work are: Clear and grub work site; Prepare and grade subgrade for site work such as access road; Remove and control water for construction operations; Excavate and place backfill for structures and appurtenances; Furnish and install miscellaneous piping including stainless steel piping; Remove, grade, and replace riprap; Remove water from stilling basin for inspection; Construct reinforced cast-in-place concrete for pipe encasements, miter bends, and outlet transition structure. Work also requires mobilizing, demobilizing, and cleaning up. Estimated project range is $100,001 to $500,000. Bid performance, and payment bonds will be required. Work is under SIC code 1629.
