Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to rebuild Sturgeon Bay Light Structures 12 and 21 as follows: Fabricate structural steel foundation collars, including the interior H-pile drive template and access stairs, navigational aid pole, handrails and miscellaneous metal fabrications; Shop sandplast and paint structural steel and galvanize items designated; Install foundation collars to include pile setting and driving, connecting to template framing with rebar dowels and placement and grouting of aggregate to form a monolothic concrete structure; Demolish and remove the existing navigational aid structures and cut and remove support piles; and, Install navigational aid poles. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC code is 1629.
