Green Federal Building, 600 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA. Contract work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition and removal, interior woodwork and casework, construction of new walls, doors and frames, suspended acoustical ceiling, electrical distribution, wiring, and device controls. This project also includes renovations to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The approximate size of the area is 48,000 SF (4459 M), and contains various types of space (i.e., office, storage, and ADP computer room). This project is to be built entirely in Metric Units. Special Requirements: The facility shall remain occupied throughout the construction period, and all work is to be performed after regular office hours (nights/weekends). The construction shall be completed in phases to enable the continuous operation of the facility. The estimated cost of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000.000.00 and is being solicited as a total Small Business Set-Aside. SIC Code 1542.
