(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 132-0001-7. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 42. (IV) This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 3559, with a size standard of 500 employees. (V) Line Item #1: One (1) Muffin Monster Grinder, with 24'' cutting chamber; material - grey iron; cutters - 11 tooth cam 4130 steel; drive - 10 hp TEFC motor; ex shaft - 10 foot motor extension; seals - tungsten carbide/BUNA; paint - epoxy. Line Item #2: One (1) Electric Motor Controller in a NEMA 4x frp enclosure; voltage - 230/460VAC, 3ph, 60Hz; alarm beacon. Line Item #3: One (1) Channel Frame 4 Angles; material - A36 steel; coating - epoxy; channel dimension to be confirmed.
