The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Services (NESDIS) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Delta III Associates, Inc. of Columbia, MD for the acquisition of DACOBAS workstation modules for the Satellite Operations Control Center (SOCC), Suitland, MD. DACOBAS is manufactured by Knurr USA. DACOBAS is already installed in other SOCC areas and is required for utility, compatibility and aesthetics. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation No. 52-DDNE-7-90024 is issued as a non-competitive RFP.
