C -- OPEN END INDEFINITE DELIVERY A/E SERVICES SOL DAHA04-97-R-0001 DUE 112196. Contact Point, Tom Clarke, (805) 594-6248. Open End (Indefinite Delivery) contract for architectural/engineering services (Type A, B, and, at the Government option, Type C Services) for design projects at Fresno Air National Guard, Fresno, California, as may be ordered for a period of one year contract award (with an option to extend for an additional year). The A/E will receive a minimum of $5,000.00 design fees, no individual delivery order shall be less than $5,000.00 or more than $150,000.00, and total fees paid under the resultant contract shall not exceed $750,000.00 annually. Work will include preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates for each project. Projects may include: repair, maintenance, structural alterations of buildings, building additions, alteration and construction of pavement and drainage facilities, roofing maintenance and replacement, alterations/additions may include work to administrative and industrial facilities, maintenance of HVAC systems, utility distribution systems and any other approved project. The A/E firm will be tasked by the issue of individual delivery orders placed against the basic contract. Evaluation and selection of the firm will be based on the following criteria: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory completion of the required services; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; 4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedule; 5. Geographical location and knowledge of the locality of the project, provided that application of the criteria leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the projects; 6) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design; 7) Total dollar amount of DOD/ANG fees awarded in the past 12 months. Type of contract will be firm fixed price. This is an unrestricted procurement. The estimated start and completion dates are unknown at this time. A/E firms which meet these requirement described in this announcement and wish to be considered must submit 254/255 data. Firms desiring consideration shall submit applicable SF 254 and SF 255 data to be received on or before the close of business 21 November. Firms will indicate as line items on their SF 255's the total number and dollar amount of A-E contracts awarded by the ANG within the last twelve (12) months prior to the date of this announcement.
