Design work will consist of selective demolition, modification and associated mechanical and electrical work and all other incidental work necessary to accommodate clinical, laboratory renovation and system analysis, system design and construction observation. Design submissions shall consist of concepts, design development and construction drawings, all in accordance with the minimum requirements for A/E submissions. Design will comply with all codes having jurisdiction to include site visits, pre and final reviews.
