professional to conduct administative investigations in complaints of
discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, (including sexual
harassment), age, national origin, handiapping condition, reprisal or
any other bases that may be determined by further amendment to Title
VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Offerors wishing consideration
shall submit requests for solicitation in writing to Federal Bureau of
Prisons, 320 First Street, N.W., Suite 618, Washington D.C. 20534

faxed to (202) 514-0523, ATTN: Donna Fox. The Federal Bureau of Prisons
intends to make a single award to contractor whose proposal offers the
best value to the Government in terms of price and other factors as
outlined in the solicitation. This contract will be awarded for a base
year and two (2) option periods. The government reserves the
unilateral right to exercise any ensuing option period. Proposals will
be due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 9,
