L 100-656, the Defense Information Systems Agency intends to negotiate with Computer Engineering Systems, Inc., Silver Spring, MD, for program management support services for the DISA EC/EDI Project Office. Provided support will focus on three major areas of responsibility. Those areas include Coordination of Value-Added Network (VAN) activity, Programmatic Documentation and overall EC/EDI infrastructure support.
