Z -- REPAIRS TO HVAC SYSTEM AT N1 & N2 AMMUNITION MAGAZINES. SOL N62472-96-Q-2887 DUE 111296 POC Mr. Brian New, Purchasing Agent (908) 866-2482. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform repairs to HVAC system at buildings N1 and N2 ammunition magazines. Work consist of replacement of defective components with identical Barber Colman controls, switches and any other parts required. Also included in the work are contractor shall install 4 new outside lights, clean all ducts and registers. Contractor shall power wash squirrel cage, evaportor coil and suction lines. The contractor shall check HVAC to insure proper operation, adding freon, checking air flow and balance A/C units. The proposed procurement is 100% set-side for emerging snall business concerns. The size standard is $3.5 million. Interested companies shall express interest as soon as possible. A limited number of specifications shall be made available on a first come first serve basis.
