In general, work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with correcting drainage near the asphalt plant. Work shall include all items incidental to its proper execution and completion. More specifically, the contractor shall demolish two gravel roads, provide compacted top-soil where roads have been demolished, construct a berm, seed all disturbed areas, and plant landscaping vegetation in the general area. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agnecy.
