THIS ITEM SHALL MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE (1) 10 kw; (2) Natural Gas; (3) 60 Hz; (4) RPM 1800; (5) Amps 120-240 Volts, Alternating Current; (6) Single Phase (1); (7) Bus Bar; (8) 1.6 Liter Overhead CAM; (9) 4-Cylinder Engine; (10) Electronic Ignition; (11) Outlets: two (2) 110 outlets and one (1)220 outlet; (13) Operation time: 24 hours per day; (14) The generators shall be used outside (winter weather); and (15) Delivery of CLIN 0001 is required NO LATER THAN 25 November 1996.
