Delivery to be made to U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. It has been determined in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 that only Cooper Bearing Company can provide the repair of the 400' WAGB Bearing, Split Roller, Self-Aligning. Technical data and/or drawings pertaining to Cooper Bearings are not available within the Government and are proprietary to Cooper Bearing Company. Negotiations will be conducted solely with Cooper Bearing Company. All responsible sources have been given the opportunity to submit information describing their capabilities in supplying the above items in issue number PSA-1666 dated 8/28/96. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
