C -- ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR INDEFINITE QUANTITY ENVIRONMENTAL (ASBESTOS) PROJECTS, NAVAL WEAPONS STATION, CHARLESTON, SC SOL N62467-96-R-4520 DUE 111396. POC 803/764-7400 L. Guerry, Contract Specialist. Architectural/Engineering Services for environmental (asbestos) projects at the Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, SC. The contract will be indefinite quantity type where orders will be placed on an ``as required'' basis intermittently which shall not exceed 12 months of $200,000.00. The A/E fee per project shall not exceed $100,000.00. Thee will be a guaranteed minimum of $10,000.00 for this contract. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity of engineering services projects which will include but is not limited to preparation/performance of surveys, inspections, and biddable design packages for abatement of asbestos containing material. Selection Criteria: The following selection criteria are listed in order of importance. (a) Adequate professional with appropriate state certifications. (b) Capability to efficiently perform services at WPNSTA CHASN. (c) Capability to provide all plans, specifications, studies, and design packages on electronic media. WPNSTA CHASN currently uses Micro Soft Work 6.0 and AUTOCADD release 12. Capability to prepare specifications utilizing the ``SPECSINTACT'' system of the ``CONSTRUCTION CRITERIA BASE'' (CCB). (See SODIV-TG-1006 for additional requirements on specification preparation.) (d) Management Plan - must show as a minimum, detail of lines of supervision and communications, and working relationships between teams, and consultants.
