This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 10/03/96, is amended to clarify the manner in which responses must be submitted. Applicant responses to this action shall use Standard Forms 254 and 255 to demonstrate qualifications in relation to the evaluation criteria publicized in the 10/03/96 CBD. The submitted Form 254 and 255 will be the basis from which the initial evaluation of qualifications will be completed.
