circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif.96.366. 1.
Member to Agreement notifying: Netherlands. If applicable, name of

responsible: Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries.

notification can be indicated if different from above: National Enquiry
Point. 3. Notified under Article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or CCCN
where applicable, otherwise national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be
provided in addition, where applicable): The Order refers to chocolate
milk, low-fat chocolate milk and virtually fat-free chocolate milk. 5.
Title, number of pages and language(s) of the notified document:
Amendment (37) to the Dairy Order 1958, Milk for Human Consumption (1
page, in English). 6. Description of content: This Order provides that
a content measurement of 1500 ml is permitted for the products
mentioned under point 6. The Dairy Order 1958, Milk for Human
Consumption has already been amended to the effect that the content
measurement of 1500 ml is permitted for milk for human consumption and
products containing milk for human consumption. The packaging series
contained in the Dairy Order 1958, Milk for Human Consumption do not
apply to products which are imported from a member State of the
European Union if these are packed in packaging units which have been
marketed in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the said
member State. This results from Article 10d of the Order. 7. Objective
and rationale: In view of the fact that the content measurement of 1500
ml is already permitted for other products containing milk for human
consumption, businesses have also requested that this content
measurement be permitted for the products mentioned under point 6. 8.
