Solicitation is to provide hospital maintenance at 5th Medical Group Hospital on Minot AFB, ND. Contractor is to provide all personnel, written instruction/procedures, manuals, equipment materials, parts, tools, transportation and supplies to maintain the entire physical plant. Work to include prevention of physical deterioration to facilities and equipment, operate equipment, operate energy management and control system, operate and maintain heating and water treatment plants, operate and maintain power production and related systems, provide environmental monitoring and provide maintenance for security. Contractor will be required to perform complete ground's maintenance services, snow removal and manage and operate a comprehensive insect/rodent control program. Also, when requested by the contracting officer to perform minor construction and provide emergency service and disaster support. Service is for the 5th Medical Group Hospital, Minot AFB ND. Period of performance will be from 1 Apr 97 through 30 Sep 97 (with four unilateral options of one year each).
