US Penitentiary, Camp and Intensive Confinement Center, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, requires services of a Dietician to provide services to inmate patients. The schedule is estimated to consist of one session per month. Contract will cover one base year and four option years. Contractor must have: graduated from an accredited school of nutrition and dietetics; have a valid license to work as a Dietician in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; be in good standing in the healthcare community; and have medical liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on 11/01/96 and the date and time for receipt of offers is scheduled for 1:00 pm, 12-04-96.
