The Contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, and equipment necessary to provide packing and crating services at Mountain Home AFB, ID. IFB to be issued on or about 26 Oct 96. Performance period is for a basic year effective 01 Jan 1997 through 31 Dec 97, with two option years. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for small business. Location C: Idaho Falls/Pocatello, Id area, outbound and inbound Idaho counties are Clark, Lemhi, Custer, Fremont, Madison, Teton, Bonneville, Butte, Jefferson, Bingham, Bannock, Caribou, Bear Lake, Frankling, Oneida and Power. Location D: Twin Falls area, outbound and inbound Idaho counties are Twin Falls, Gooding, Lincoln, Cassia, Camas, Blaine, Jerome, Minidoka and Elko, Nevada. Location E: Oregon (1) area outbound and inbound counties are Umattilla, Wallowa, Union, Baker and Grant.
