The project consists of complete renovation of the Downtown Station in Bryan, Texas, which will include concrete paving for parking; interior/exterior painting; new gypsum board walls; new lighting and electrical; new HVAC equipment including new ductwork, new ceiling tile, and new floor tile in accordance with plans and specifications. Estimated cost range $500,000 - $600,000 and construction time is 45 calendar days for the building renovation, and 90 calendar days for the parking lot. A 20% proposal bond is required on all proposals. The successful contractor will be required to provide 100% Performance and 50% Payment Bonds within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of award. Offers will be received in this office, prior to, but not later than 3:30 p.m. on October 29, 1996.
