The Billings Area Indian Health Service has a requirement which consists of renovating the existing living quarters located on the Crow Indian Reservation in the community of Crow Agency, Montana. It is the intention of the Government to renovate approximately five (5) Type-A quarters as they become vacant with a requirements type contract. Project magnitude of this project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation has been set-aside for award to 51% Indian Owned firms in accordance with the Buy-Indian Act.
