The maintenance will include support for the following items: CLIN 0001 - Remedial Maintenance; CLIN 0001AAAmdahl 580-5870 CPU, 64MB, 32 Channels, Model 5870, S/N 910254; CLIN 0001AB - Master Console, Model MC, S/N 032499; CLIN 0001AC-Alternate Master Console, Model MC, S/N 032499; CLIN 0001AD -Power Distribution Unit, Model PDU, S/N 0341-79; CLIN 0001AE - Piller Motor Generator, 75KVA, Model MG, S/N 1427913; CLIN 0002 - Miscellaneous Maintenance; CLIN 0002AA - CPU, PDU, & Consoles (Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 17:00 hours); CLIN 0002AB - CPU, PDU, &Consoles (Monday thru Friday 17:00 - 9:00 hours); CLIN 0002AC - CPU, PDU, & Consoles (Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays); CLIN 0002AD Motor Generator (Monday thru Friday 9:00 -17:00 hours); CLIN 0002AE -Motor Generator (Monday thru Friday 17:00 - 9:00 hours); CLIN 0002AF - Motor Generator (Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays); CLIN 0003 - Telephone Help-Line Svc; CLIN 0003AA - Monday thru Friday, Prime Shift, CLIN 0003AB - Monday thru Friday, Non-Prime Shift, & CLIN 0003ACSaturday, Sunday, & Holidays. The maintenance coverage will be twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for the time period December 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. The CPU and equipment is located at the DLA Systems Design Ctr (DSDC), 3990 East Broad St. Bldg 27, Section 2, (DSDC Test Lab), Columbus, OH 43216-5002. Evaluation of all offers will be made to determine the responsive & responsible offeror which satisfies all mandatory requirements at the lowest overall cost. No solicitation will be issued and no telephonic inquiries will be accepted.
