Software configures the images to a format to use the equipment for any purpose when there is no SBSS documents to scan. Use system to load SBSS products and listings on cd for use by all Base Supply customers via LAN. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
