Officer, (703) 325-6684. The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) is
seeking to produce an all-in-one nuclear weapon environments CD-ROM and
to produce a series of nuclear weapon scenarios suitable for war gaming
application, and correct algorithmic problems with existing aids that
will be incorported into the all-in-one CD-ROM. The objective of this
effort is to improve the quality of previously developed Computational
Aids and develop new Computational Aids based on approved DSWA
algorithms that are mathematically rigorous and scientifically verified
that give operationally realistic answers to users who are not NWE
experts. Personnel will require a DoD security clearance of SECRET.
Contemplated period of performance is 30 months. Requests for copies of
