Contract effort will involve operation of Defense Special Weapons Agency's (DSWA) Information Analysis Center (IAC). Effort shall include but not be limited to: 1) archiving of weapons effects information and; 2) retrieval and associated analytical services. Contractor operating IAC shall provide authorized DoD and DoD- affiliated users with the opportunity to receive focused, expert assistance and unbiased technical and scientific support services within the overall mission of DSWA. Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of SECRET (RD, CNWDI, NATO, and NATA ATOMAL). Contemplated period of performance is 4 years with a projected start date of 01 Mar 97.
