Vendors who can offer software capable of performing the processing requirements at a lower cost to the government must respond within 45 calendar days from the date of this publication. Must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate the capability to satisfy the requirements, complete pricing including all charges, one copy of their GSA contract (if applicable) and delivery time (not to exceed 30 days). If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days the Contracting Officer shall proceed with the negotiations with DATA GENERAL.
