The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) through the Medical Assistance Administration, intends to issue a Request for Qualifications and Quotation (RFQ/Q) to secure the services of a management consultant to assist and advise state personnel in the activities related to the reprocurement of its Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The consultant will be expected to assist in all significant phases of the reprocurement from development of a detailed system requirements analysis to preparation of a post implementation evaluation.
