The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks to award a firm-fixed price contract to erect a government furnished pre-engineered metal building at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Beaver, WV. The contractor will provide all materials, supplies, labor, conveyances and equipment associated with erecting the building. The building is approximately 6,100 square feet in size and will be utilized as an inmate activity building within the institution's perimeter. This building must be erected within the manufactures guidelines and procedures. The project will require the installation of water and electrical services, and relocation of existing post indicator valves and fire department connections. The Invitation for Bids is expected to be available for issue by November 4, 1996, closing approximately December 6, 1996. Estimated price range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
