Smith,215/ 656-6091 The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary for the repairs and alterations to Government owned facilities in the following locations: City and County of Baltimore, MD and the State of Delaware. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Term Contract with Design-Build capabilities for projects with a maximum ordering limitation of $1,500,000.00 per year. The period of performance will be for a base year with the possibility of two (1), one year options. The anticipated start date is February 1, 1997. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with Source Selection Procedures outlined in the solicitation package based on the following three technical evaluation factors: 1) Past Performance; 2) Technical and Organizational Approach, and 3) Management and Personnel Qualifications, as well as Price Related Factors with technical evaluation factors more important than price. In addition to other factors, offers will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to the Government that might result from making more than one award (multiple awards). Offerors may provide a single proposal for one location, and they may provide proposals for both locations to be considered for award. Specifications and drawings will be issued on or about November 5, 1996. Proposals will be due December 5, 1996.
