28 -- FABRICATE AND DELIVER NEW HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AND AUTOMATIC TWO- SPEED TRAVEL CONTROL FOR THE MITES GATES AT THE TROY LOCK, AND DAM SITE LOCATED IN ALBANY, NY. Replacement, in-kind, of four (4) existing hydraulic cylinders and mountings which are components of the mites gate operating machinery, system to provide for automatic two-speed travel (normal and creep) control during opening and closing of the mites gates. Cylinders provided shall be sized and configured to exactly match the existing hydraulic piping as well as the existing anchoring assembly for cylinder mounting. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Troy Lock and Dam site, located at the foot of Bond Street, Troy, NY to inspect the existing gate operating system! Specifications and Drawings available upon written request and shall be limited to the first fifteen (15) requestors.
