41 -- FURNISH AND INSTALLATION OF CHILLED WATER COILS, GATE VALVES, PLUG VALVES AND COPPER DRIP PANS. SOL SSA-RFQ-97-2898 DUE 111396 POC Kathleen Spangler Tel: (410) 965-9534 The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all necessary supervision, labor and materials to remove, replace and dispose of two (2) chilled water coils, two (2) gate valves, two (2) plug valves and two (2) copper drip pans on ''B'' fan, air handling unit located on the second floor of the Social Security Administration's Operation Building, 6401 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland 21235. All work shall be performed on a weekend between the hours of 6:00 P.M. on Friday to 6:00 P.M. Sunday. The date must be scheduled two weeks in advance and meet with the project officer's approval. All measurements and dimensions are approximate. The contractor is encouraged to verify all measurements for accuracy. The contractor shall: A). Remove existing fan coils (2), gate valves (2) and plug valves from ''B'' fan air handling unit; B). Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with E.P.A. rules and regulations; C). Furnish and install 2 chilled water coils; D). Furnish and install two (2) copper drip pans to accommodate coils; There will be a one time site visit scheduled on November 5, 1996 at 9:00 A.M.
