The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to acquire maintenance services for an existing PBX telephone system (Siemens ROLM 8000) originally installed in October, 1983. The system consist of: (48) Digital Voice/Data ports; (72) Analog ports, and eight (8) OPS/OPX ports; (20) Central Office Trunks; (24) T/d3 Channels; (20) Central Office Trunks; (20) rp120; (13) RP240; one (1) ATC; one (1) Panasonic KX64910D Printer. The system is located in Columbia, South Carolina Field Office. Period of performance is form award date with option to extend the service one (1) additional year contingent on availability of funds for Fiscal Year 1997 and 1998. The maintenance service will begin as soon as the successful bidder has received proper security clearance. A walk-through of the site will be scheduled. This requirement will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Business Set-Aside. The standard Industrial classified Code is 1731.
