The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to negotiate under simplified procurement procedures with Innovative Solutions for Information Management (ISIM) for Program Assistance and Analysis Support. Over a period of approximately six (6) months, the contractor will provide software engineering, database maintenance, financial assistance to the Resource Management Staff, C4I Modeling, simulation and assessment, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), in the development, preparation, and plans of financial management applications and needs. More specifically, the contractor shall maintain the Automated Budget Execution Tool database, expand files to record FY1997 financial transactions, load all current files to date, and set up a filing system to reflect the same.
