The I-95 Corridor Coalition, representing one of four priority ITS Corridors, is requesting proposals to provide overall program support to the Coalition for the management of their ongoing CVO Program. The scope of services will include: provide technical and administrative support for the CVO activities including operational tests and regional champions; assist in establishing task forces, maintaining liaison with the Federal CVO Program and other state, regional and national CVO initiatives; develop and recommend public/public and public/private partnerships to leverage the CVO Program and projects, and develop and recommend CVO Program funding strategies; and others that will be specified in the RFP.
