This pilot project will be performed at the Mary E. Switzer Building, 330 C Street, SW, Washington, DC. This will be a negotiated, source selection procurement. Performance will begin o/a May 1, 1997 and will continue through April 30, 1998. The Government shall have a unilateral option to extend the term for four additional years on a year-to-year basis.
