The Army Corps of Engineers plans to award up to five (5) fixed price

solicitation is unrestricted. The services consist of moving office
furniture (modular and systems), files, supplies and equipment within

consideration for this requirement is the number of individual moves
planned. Many of these moves shall include the relocation of specialty
equipment, e.g. artifacts, expensive computer systems, high density
filing systems, machine shops, classified containers, and other
equipment requiring specialized subcontract move support work. The
Government does intend to hold discussions. The contracts will be

considered. The technical evaluation factors listed in descending order
of importance are: (a) Corporate past performance (b) Key personnel and
staffing (c) Planning, resource management and special requirements (d)
Organization and demonstrated capability. Factors (a) and (b) are equal
and are given twice the weight of the remaining two factors. All
