Jenkins, (215) 656-6112, Contracting Officer James Concannon, (215) 656-6112, Amendment to the synopsis published September 4, 1996, for the construction of the new U.S. Courthouse and IRS Federal Complex to be located in downtown Beckley, WV. Specifications and drawings will be available on or about November 20, 1996 for this project. Firms wishing to obtain copies these documents shall follow the following procedures. There is a non refundable bid charge of $240.00 per set, which includes all amendments. Should any amendments be issued after receipt of price and/or technical proposals, but prior to evaluation of these proposals, the amendments will be sent only to the responding offerors. Should any amendments be issued after a competitive range has been established, only those offerors within the competitive range shall be sent the amendments. Requests for documents shall reference the subjects solicitation number, contractor name, contractor address, number of sets requested, and total payment enclosed, and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to ''GSA Printing and Distribution''. This payment should be mailed to 9th and Chestnut Street, Room B-57, Philadelphia, PA 19107. No cash will be accepted. Personal company checks will not be accepted.
