Goldak, Contract Specialist, NCRO (913)682-8700. This is a Presolicitation Notice for an upcoming project to construct a new 12,000 square foot Kidney Dialysis Unit at the USMCFP-Springfield, MO. This new building will be located adjacent and attached to an existing building. The estimated construction range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation documents ARE NOT AVAILABLE at this time, however, tentative dates to issue the solicitation is 11/30/96 with tentative bid date 12/30/96. Contract completion time is 240 calendar days. There will be a non-refundable charge of $150.00 for the solicitation documents. Checks must be made out to U.S. Treasurer.
