16 -- ENGINEERING CHANGE TO THE GROUND CONTROL STATION POC Contact, Dan Owens, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract for an engineering change for the replacement of the Arithmetic processor in the Pioneer Ground Control Station, on a sole source basis, to Pioneer UAV, Inc. (PUI), 9 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030. PUI is the sole designer and supplier of the Pioneer Ground Control Station and is the only source with the capability to develop and provide this change.
