Through this RFP, the Port Authority on behalf of TRANSCOM is seeking a vendor to design and implement a remote video network. The objective of the video network is to allow the TRANSCOM member agencies' Traffic Operations Centers (TOC's) to share their closed-circuit television feeds. This will enable the TOC's to monitor traffic and incidents on neighboring agencies' facilities. The vendor selected will be responsible for developing and carrying out a work plan for the design, installation, and integration of the system. (292)
