Each sale will have a performance period of 300 days from Notice to Proceed. Work will consist of harvesting all natural and planted sand pine trees designated for removal from eight harvest units separated into two separate sales of approximately 531 and 402 acres, containing approximately 20,550 and 15,600 tons respectively. Harvest units are made up of clearcuts in sand pine plantations and cut sand pine only in natural stands. The SIC code is 0851 with applicable size standard being a firm, including its affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
