Residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services: Concerns have the ability to provide CCC services and/or Transitional services program for male Federal offenders. Interested Offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in the notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Line item #1 will include CCC services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), excluding Chapter 22. Line item #2 will be used in accordance with the SOW addressing Chapter 22, exclusively. The location of the facility shall be in the Washington, D.C. area. The contract base period consist of one year (20,075 mandays) with four one year options. The estimated number of mandays for each option year respectively is 20,075. The estimated RFP issue date is o/a November 18, 1996. Line item #1 will be awarded; however, the Government reserves the right to choose whether Line item #2 will be awarded.
